Loaded blueberry smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 large avocado

  • 1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk

  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite nut butter. I love Nutzo!

  • 1 teaspoon of organic chia seeds, hemp seeds and flax seeds

Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings. You can double or triple the batch and freeze once blended into individual servings to make things easier during treatment and recovery
